Legs support 75% of the load meaning this seat does not require a reinforced wall. Stainless steel will not rust and there is a tension hinge on the flange and legs that prevents the seat from dropping. This seat will fit in most residential showers and bathtubs. The HPL (High Pressure Laminate) seat is white with speckles. Legs fold up under the seat when in the up position to a compact 4.25″ ADA. Lifetime warranty.
