Our grab bars are made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials and will not rust under normal use. However, it’s important to use stainless steel mounting screws during installation. If non-stainless screws are used, they may rust over time, and rust residue can transfer onto the grab bar, making it appear as though the bar itself is rusting.

Using proper stainless steel hardware ensures long-lasting performance and maintains the clean appearance of the grab bar.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) are generally shipped no later than the next business day.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM CST are generally shipped within two (2) business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays are processed on the next available business day and are generally shipped no later than the following Tuesday.

Shipping costs are not included in the listed product price. A minimum shipping charge of $16.30 applies before coupons, promotional discounts, or special offers. The cost of shipping may increase based on package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and delivery location.

Shipping rates are calculated in accordance with UPS shipping zone classifications, which are determined by distance from the shipping origin. Final shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination zone and applicable carrier rates.

Issues with Order

If your order has not arrived, please first check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email to see the most recent delivery status. Pricing and Billing

Sales tax is applied in accordance with applicable state and local laws. If your shipping address is in a state where sales tax is required, it will be calculated and added automatically at checkout. Your credit card will be charged at the time your order is processed, not when it is placed. If your order includes items that are backordered or pending, only the available items may be charged initially, with any remaining items charged once they are ready to ship.
