Return Period:

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns must meet the qualifications outlined below.


Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, all items must:

  • Must be in resalable condition.
  • Must be free from scratches, defects, or damage.
  • Must not have been installed or show signs of attempted installation. This includes marks from screws, bolts, tools, or other mounting hardware.
  • Must include all original parts and components.
  • Must be properly packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

BestGrabBars.com reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


Restocking Fee:

A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, except in cases where the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error.


Original Shipping Cost:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item is defective, damaged, or shipped in error.


Return Shipping Cost:

Customers (you) are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item was defective, damaged, or shipped in error.

For any item that was defective, damaged in shipping, or shipped in error; BestGrabBars.com will cover necessary return shipping fees.


Processing Time & Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation of the receipt.
  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Please allow up to 5 business days for inspection and review.
  • Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 3-7 business days after approval.
