Return Policy

We are always available to listen your needs and to help you to be 100% satisfied with our solutions. In some cases there may be the possibility that you would not be completely happy about what you have bought. In these cases (and, for sure, in those situations in which we have committed an error) you can submit a return request.

To do it, we invite you to read all the informations below.

 

Return Period:

Products can be returned within 30 days of a purchase. To return them, please follow the recommendations explained below (Return qualifications)

Return Qualifications:

To qualify for a general return, the item(s):

  • Must be in resalable condition.
  • Must be free from scratches and/or defects.
  • Must not have been installed or had attempted installation (no scour marks from screws, bolts, mounting hardware, screw-driver’s, etc.).
  • Must be in the original manufacturer’s box and packaging.
  • Must not have any writing on the original packaging.
  • Must not be missing parts / pieces.
  • Must not have damage from return shipping due to improper packaging.

If the product doesn’t respect these conditions, Bestgrabbars.com is free to refuse the return request.

Restocking Fee:

We charges a 20% restocking fee on all returned items, except in situations where we shipped the incorrect item.

Original Shipping Cost:

Original shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the product is defective/damaged or received in error.

Return Shipping Cost:

The customer (you) is responsible for paying return shipping costs for the item(s).

If the product is defective/damaged or received in error, Bestgrabbars.com is the responsible for the shipping costs.

If the customer (you) is returning an item over $75.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of your returned item.

 

Processing Time:

Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will send you an email notification with confirmation.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Please expect 5 business days for our team to review returned items.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.
